We are writing this letter to express our sincere appreciation for the work Intellego did to fix our Crestron system. Ed and David were recommended to us by our local Crestron representative. We had contacted the rep because our system was not functioning as it should due to a poor installation by another company. Ed and David patiently evaluated the entire system and came up with a proposal to fix it. We have had almost no issues since they worked on the system which includes multiple televisions throughout our home, touch panel, security cameras, electronic door locks, and video door bell. When there are minor issues (mostly related to power failures and Sono’s software updates), Ed responds in an extremely timely manner to address and resolve them. We could not be more pleased with the quality of their work and their timely and professional response to questions or concerns.

We wanted to provide a letter of recommendation and endorsement for the work you have provided at our primary residence in St Augustine Florida.
My wife and I built our home in Sea Colony from 2006 to 2007 and installed a Crestron lighting, audio, and video control system. This system was designed to be robust but became outdated over time and slowly we began to lose functionality within the system. As we were looking for a company to service our system that would allow the backbone to remain in place or replace the whole system, we found it difficult to find a company willing or with the technical skills to upgrade or even replace our system.
It was in this process of finding a way to upgrade or replace our existing system that we found Intellego. They introduced us to the new Crestron Home system which they were able to integrate into all our existing systems. They upgraded our internet backbone to provide service through the house and designed and installed two entertainment areas in our home, one for television and movies and the other a gaming center along with our external camera system.
As we spend time away from our home, Intellego has been very flexible and good at designing and installing work to accommodate our schedules with travel and work. David and Ed with Intellego have been patient, trustworthy and honorable in all they have done for us at our home, it is our pleasure to provide the highest recommendation for their professionalism, work ethic, quality products, along with technical support and service after installation.
